All our products are sold ex-factory in Hamme, prices mentioned are excluding VAT.

Complaints must be made within 8 days by registered letter. Goods sold are not taken back. Returns are only accepted after our written agreement. Deliveries are payable in cash in Hamme. In the event of disputes, the Dendermonde court has jurisdiction. However, we reserve the right to bring the matter before the customer’s court. In the event of non-payment of our invoices within 30 days, they will automatically produce interest of 12% per year without prior notice. It has been explicitly agreed between the parties that in the event of non-payment on the due date, the amount of the invoices will be automatically increased by a lump sum of 15% with a minimum of 50 Euro as compensation.

The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full. A bill of exchange, even if accepted, or any other commitment will not be considered as payment until it is fully honored.

We reserve ownership of the goods until payment has been made in full. The risks are borne by the buyer. The goods in our possession are, by express agreement, constituted as security for the payment of handling costs, even for goods previously returned, the goods handed over for the order giver, of a value equivalent to those which are delivered to him at the same time, taking the place of the latter.
